Founded in 2004, Mobile Content Management Solutions (MCMS) develops, distributes, markets and sell a range of products around the management of data of mobile phones. Our products primarily benefit our customers by i) automating traditionally manual processes and ii) producing quick, meaningful results with minimal effort.

Today, our products are used mainly by Mobile Phone Operators and Law Enforcement.

Mobile Phone Operators

The UME solution is deployed in over 150 Tier 1 operators worldwide. In the UK, it is deployed in every Orange and T-Mobile retail store.

The solution allows each Operator to seamlessly move customer’s data between mobile phones and provide backups. This is an essential service when a customer purchases or upgrades an existing phone. It increases customer satisfaction and retention, drives revenues for new phones and upgrades, and saves in-store staff time. Other products such as OTA Backup allow consumers to have their data backed up (in a store or over the network), and also manage their mobile phone data from their home PCs. UK customers include Carphone Warehouse, Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Sony Ericsson, Vertu and Nokia.

Law Enforcement

The UFED solution is the #1 forensic mobile extraction tool in the world. In the UK, it is deployed in all government and law enforcement agencies and most, if not all of the UK Police forces. It is also used in over 40 of the UK air and sea ports. It is simple and quick to use, making it suitable for rapid response front-line teams, as well as High Tech Crime Units, and is used to produce court evidence. The UFED can extract both live (logical) and deleted (physical) data from devices.

PhoneView is a data repository and intelligence system that allows agencies to quickly consolidate, share, and to search/mine their handset and billing data. Agencies can easily identify links between suspects, amongst a whole host of other functions. Most of the UK Govt agencies use PhoneView, including the intelligence agencies and Counter Terrorism Units. PhoneView has led to many key operations and arrests by Frontex (http://www.frontex.europa.eu).

NaqLab converts an Operator’s Network and Billing record and processes them immediately into a standard specification. It is used to automate a traditionally manual-intensive process, and has been proven to save thousands of man-hours every year.
